All rides are by reservation. We are not a taxi or on-demand street-hail service.
Reservations may be requested by text, call, email, or our website quote form. A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it directly with you. We will make every reasonable effort to honor confirmed reservations on time; in rare cases of circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible and work to arrange an alternative.
We provide fixed-rate quotes based on the trip details you give us. Quotes are valid for the trip and details described and may change if those details change (for example, additional stops, extended wait time, or a different route or destination). Our pricing is flat-rate with no surge pricing.
Payment is accepted by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through our payment processor, Square. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, tolls, or significant changes to the agreed trip.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less notice, or failure to appear at the agreed pickup location and time (a “no-show”), may be charged up to the full quoted fare. If you are running late, please contact Michael directly as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For everyone’s safety, passengers must wear seatbelts and follow all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in cases of unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or intoxicated behavior, or any conduct that endangers the driver, passengers, the vehicle, or the public. Please keep track of your belongings. While we will take reasonable care and make reasonable efforts to return items left in the vehicle, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten property.
